ProTrack PMS™ provides the documentation, view-ability, and accountability needed to drive great performance. It allows organizations to do the following:
- The ProTrack PMS™ system allows for each department and division to set separate goals based on corporate objectives.
- Each manager has the ability to monitor, in real-time, the accomplishments of direct reports.
- Direct reports are able to update their accomplishments in both the goal and values categories.
- Peers are allowed (if authorized) to recognize and document the accomplishments of others.
- One-on-one meetings and final evaluations become easier as documentation is readily available.
What ProTrack PMS™ does NOT do:
- Replace one-on-one meetings.
- Set SMART goals automatically.
- Determine strategy.
- Add more complexity to a performance management process.
