The Art of Being a Great Boss MasterClass is a live virtual program for managers who want clearer communication, stronger feedback habits, and steadier performance conversations. Contact us when you are ready to request a quote for your group.
Purpose
The main purpose of this training is to better prepare people managers to address the employee issues that arise day to day in a busy schedule.
- Working and communicating with employees.
- Resolving conflicts before they become larger issues.
- Developing the performance of individuals and teams.
- Improving systems, processes, and decisions.
Who this masterclass fits
The series works well for new and experienced managers who run meetings, write reviews, and carry accountability for team results. It helps when your organization wants a shared vocabulary for feedback, coaching, and performance so mixed teams move at one pace instead of three. Supervisors who moved up from individual contributor roles often get the most from the early modules on role clarity, relationship building, and day-to-day performance management.
Because delivery is virtual and modular, companies with multiple locations can enroll leaders on one calendar while recordings let anyone catch up without losing the thread of the sequence. HR and L&D partners can also use the same material to align people practices with the language managers hear in the room, which cuts down on mixed messages after the program ends. Operations and project leaders who partner with other departments can use the tools modules to frame problems the same way across groups.
Time, materials, and support
Plan for thirteen one-hour live sessions plus short prep between classes. Each participant receives a workbook, two assessments, and access to the interactive MIRO board used during exercises. Recordings stay available so managers can review skills practice or share a segment with a peer leader when a real issue on the job matches a module you already covered.
BossFlix video training extends learning between sessions, and you can reach Mack for scheduled 1-on-1 support while the cohort is active so questions from the field do not wait until the next module. The assessments and MIRO work give you concrete artifacts to bring back to your own one-on-ones and team meetings, not only a certificate of completion. If your calendar shifts mid-series, the recordings and workbook exercises still map cleanly to each topic so you stay oriented.
This program will be delivered live virtually and facilitated by Mack Munro. You will have an opportunity to chat with him before your sessions to address any nuances of the group and ask any questions.
This program is modularized and delivered over 13 one-hour sessions. The sessions are recorded so participants can go back and review. Each participant receives a workbook, two assessments, and access to our interactive MIRO board. Additionally, you will be given access to our BossFlix video training library and have access to Mack in between sessions for 1-on-1 support.
