Becki Beck had a 21-year career in the United States Navy providing Human Resource services to Sailor and Civilian personnel before retiring in 2022 and becoming an HR Manager in the Manufacturing Industry in East Tennessee. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and Human Resource Management. She is an active member of SHRM and is SHRM-SCP certified. She has managed up to 1300 people as well as worked closely with multiple C Suites advising them on employee relations, workforce and talent management, and organizational management. She brings a passion for teaching, training, results, customer service, and mitigating risks.Becki and her husband Will, who is also a veteran, have traveled the world thanks to the U. S. Navy but they hail from East Tennessee where they are now raising their three girls. When not working you will find them attending multiple activities for the girls, headed out in their RV for fun weekends in the outdoors, watching and attending NASCAR races, and reading.
