Lisa Young is Boss Builder’s Director of Operations. Essentially, she’s The Boss at Boss Builders! Her primary role is coordinate all functions and make the trains run on time. She has over 10 years of Human Resources experience in the legal industry as a Human Resources Generalist. She has a bachelor of science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, University College. When she’s not running Boss Builders, she’s often found chasing after her 7-year old son.
