Boss Builder Academy Pro is for individuals to self-enroll. Typically this is someone who has been promoted to the role of The Boss or would like to learn the tools, models, and techniques before taking the promotion. This program includes the following:
- 12 month subscription to the video content
- Monthly open-forum Roundtable webinars
- Private Facebook Page access to the Boss Builder Academy facilitators and participants
- Weekly email tips from Mack Munro
- Access to the BossFlix™ video library
- All worksheets and handouts for the videos and webinars.
How it Works
Step#1: Participants attend the Boss Builder Academy via the videos which are dripped to them in a gradual sequence.
Step #2: Participants attend monthly virtual Management Roundtable with fellow participants facilitated by a certified Boss Builder Guide.
Step #3: Maintenance. Continued access to the Boss Builder Academy videos including our BossFlix library. Attend Management Roundtables as needed. Access to Step II Leadership Development.
